This is a 6 months expert level of training after identification, intermediate and advanced levels of
training. Fenaice expert level training involves instilling fine end skills using the master marking guide
and connecting the learner with the talent industry. The learner must undergo the first 3 months in
group training with the guide of the trainer and prove his or her prowess in group competition. After the
group test in the end of the 3 rd month, the learner is linked and placed with Fenaice training partners for
the last 3 months where the person is externally assessed and tested. The learner must score at least 80
points at the end of the 6 th month of expert level. This ensures the person is linked with the industry of
